目的 :虎杖生药袋包颗粒代替饮片汤剂的研究。方法 :采用正交试验法优选虎杖生药袋包颗粒制备工艺条件 ,并用紫外分光光度法测定生药袋包颗粒、免煎颗粒及饮片煎液中的主要成分 1 ,8 二羟基蒽醌含量 ,对煎出率也进行了比较。结果 :虎杖生药袋包颗粒剂的优选工艺是药材颗粒度为 3 0目 ,加水量是药材的 2 0倍 ,煎煮时间1 5min ,煎煮 3次。 3种入煎汤剂中 ,生药袋包颗粒的煎出率最高 ,是饮片的 1 .3倍 ,免煎剂的 8.6倍。 1 ,8 二羟基蒽醌含量也以袋包颗粒为最高 ,是饮片的 1 .2倍 ,是免煎剂的 2 3 .7倍。结论 :虎杖生药袋包颗粒剂的煎提效果明显比其它 2种入煎汤剂好 ,方法可行 ,可替代饮片汤剂。
Objective : To study the use of granules instead of decoction decoction. Methods: Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the preparation conditions of Polygonum cuspidate bag granules, and UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the main components of raw drug bag, granules and decoction pieces in decoction. The rates have also been compared. Results : The optimal process for the preparation of granules for the raw material of Polygonum cuspidatum was to have a particle size of 30 mesh, 20 times the amount of water to be added to the medicinal material, a boiling time of 15 minutes, and boiling for 3 times. Among the three kinds of decoctions, the decoction rate of the raw drug bag was the highest, which was 1.3 times of the decoction and 8.6 times of the decoction. The content of 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone is also the highest in bag-granules, which is 1.2 times that of decoction pieces, which is 23.7 times that of decoction-free products. Conclusion : The extraction effect of the granules of Polygonum cuspidatum bag package is obviously better than that of the other two kinds of decoction decoction. The method is feasible and can replace the decoction tablet decoction.
