改革开放以来,青年一代的思想观念发生了深刻变化,呈现出新的特点。爱国主义、国家认同是90年代以来中国青年社会意识的主流,同时青年的成才观、职业观、消费观等也出现了一些重要的变化,呈现出这一代人的个性特征。正确认识当代青年的个性特征以及成因,理解他们,引导他们,是做好青年工作的重要基础。
Since the reform and opening up, the thinking concepts of the younger generation have undergone profound changes and have shown new characteristics. Patriotism and national identity are the mainstream of Chinese youth social awareness since the 1990s. At the same time, some important changes have taken place in the concept of talent, professionalism and consumption of young people, showing the personality characteristics of this generation. Correctly understanding the personality traits and causes of contemporary youth, understanding them and guiding them is an important foundation for doing a good job of youth work.
