目的应用视功能测定的方法观察MK-801对激光视网膜损伤的治疗作用。方法用氦氖激光造成大鼠视网膜损伤模型,治疗组照后即刻肌注MK-801(2mg/kg),通过检测视网膜电流图(electroretinogram,ERG)b波幅值的变化,观察MK-801的治疗作用。结果统计分析结果表明,MK-801治疗组的b波幅值要显著高于损伤对照组和生理盐水注射组(P<0.05)。结论 MK-801能有效地保护激光照后大鼠视网膜的功能。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of MK-801 on laser-induced retinal damage by the method of visual function test. Methods The rat retinal injury model was induced by He-Ne laser. MK-801 (2 mg / kg) was intramuscularly injected immediately after irradiation in the treatment group. The changes of b wave amplitude in electroretinogram (ERG) Therapeutic effect. Results The statistical analysis showed that the b-wave amplitude of MK-801 treatment group was significantly higher than that of injury control group and saline injection group (P <0.05). Conclusion MK-801 can effectively protect the retina from laser irradiation.
