廉,一国之风貌;洁,家国之精神。官廉则国昌,洁则事兴。《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则》发布以后,迅即成为人们关注的焦点。作为规范党员领导干部从政行为的重要基础性党内法规,《廉政准则》“以制度促落实”的指向不言自明。其“8大禁止、52个不准”则最大程度地折射出《廉政准则》文本的精确制导作用。

After the publication of a number of guidelines for the integrity of leading cadres of the Chinese Communist Party, they immediately became the focus of attention. It is self-evident that the guidelines for the “clean administration” and “promoting the implementation by the system”, as important fundamental party laws and regulations governing the conduct of party members and leading cadres in politics, are self-evident. The “eight prohibitions, 52 are not allowed” to the maximum extent reflects the “guideline of integrity” of the precise guidance of the text.
