建立了茯砖茶中主要黄酮类物质芦丁的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱C18色谱柱,流动相:A乙腈;B磷酸溶液(pH=2.5),梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长258nm,样量为20μL,柱温30℃。对照品芦丁的回归方程Y=16007.7ρB(μg/mL)-11115.2,R=0.9993,线性范围为10.000~80.000mg/L,平均回收率99.0100%,RSD为2.0700%。测得茯砖茶中芦丁含量为0.1435%,RSD为3.4900%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于茯砖茶中芦丁含量的测定。
A method for the determination of rutin, the main flavonoid in Fuzhuan tea, was established. Hypersil ODS column C18 was used. The mobile phase consisted of A acetonitrile and B phosphoric acid solution (pH = 2.5). The gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The detection wavelength was set at 258 nm. The regression equation of the reference substance rutin Y = 16007.7 ρB (μg / mL) -11115.2, R = 0.9993, the linear range of 10.000 ~ 80.000mg / L, the average recovery of 99.0100%, RSD of 2.0700%. Measured Fuzhuan tea rutin content of 0.1435%, RSD was 3.4900%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of rutin in Fuzhuan tea.
