目的:探讨外用本草养颜膏对小鼠衰老皮肤羟脯氨酸含量的影响。方法:将60只10月龄小鼠随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30只,分别于用药后第10天、20天、30天时颈椎脱臼处死,测量等同面积皮肤的重量和羟脯氨酸的含量。结果:用药10天时,皮肤重量和羟脯氨酸含量有增加现象,继续用药20天和30天后,与对照组比较,治疗组皮肤重量和羟脯氨酸含量明显增加(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:本草养颜膏外用可增加衰老皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量、促进皮肤胶原蛋白合成,具有延缓皮肤衰老的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of topical herbal medicine Yanxiao cream on hydroxyproline content in aging skin of mice. Methods: 60 10-month-old mice were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 rats in each group. After cervical dislocation were sacrificed on the 10th, 20th and 30th day after treatment, the weight of the same area of skin Amino acid content. Results: After 10 days of treatment, skin weight and hydroxyproline content increased. After 20 days and 30 days of continuous administration, skin weight and hydroxyproline content of the treated group were significantly increased compared with the control group (P <0.05 and P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Herbal Yang Yan Extraneous can increase the content of hydroxyproline in aged skin and promote the synthesis of skin collagen, which has the effect of delaying skin aging.
