潜伏的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)可存在于进行抗逆转录病毒治疗的患者的CD4+T细胞中,潜伏状态与前病毒的转录沉默有关,抑制组蛋白去乙酰化酶的活性能再激活部分潜伏的HIV,因此应用HDAC抑制剂并结合抗逆转录病毒治疗的策略为清除潜伏感染细胞的病毒库提供了可能;该综述简述了HIV的潜伏感染及机制、组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂及HDAC抑制剂再激活HIV机制,并进行了总结分析,提示利用HDAC抑制剂该类药物进行这种干扰治疗的方法在治愈HIV感染方面有很好的应用前景。
