随着酒店行业的迅速发展,各酒店之间的竞争日益激烈,对人才的需求也逐渐增多。高校的酒店管理专业作为培养酒店管理专业人才的圣地,迫切需要转变人才培养理念,改进人才培养模式,推动教育质量的提高。学徒制酒店人才培养模式是从英美等发达国家兴起的一种培养模式,能使学生尽快掌握酒店管理的基本知识和服务技能,增强就业的本领。因此,文章以酒店管理专业现代学徒制现状的调查与分析为主线展开论述,通过对我国酒店管理专业学徒制的现状进行探究,并提出有针对性的解决策略,以期为酒店管理专业人才培养质量的提高提供些许建议。
With the rapid development of the hotel industry, the competition among various hotels is getting fiercer and the demand for talents is gradually increasing. As a holy place to train hotel management professionals, hotel management major in colleges and universities urgently needs to change the concept of personnel training, improve the personnel training mode, and promote the improvement of education quality. Apprentice hotel personnel training mode is developed from the United States and other developed countries a training mode, enabling students to quickly grasp the basic knowledge of hotel management and service skills, enhance employment skills. Therefore, the article takes the investigation and analysis of the modem apprenticeship system in hotel management as the main line.
