方剂组成有一定原则,药与药之间的配伍,有以药性、功效相似的几种药互相辅佐,使其药效相得益彰;有以药性作用相反的几种药彼此配合,以奏其功者。这两种组方用药在中医临床上都是较为常见的,而后者这种即属相反相成的配伍方面,从它表面上看,药与药之间,因药性相反,似乎存在互相排斥的现象,但实质上正由于性能、效用相反,却起到互相补充和促进作用。综观相反相成配伍方法的特点,每以寒与热,补与消、散与敛、升与降、利与涩、润与燥、峻与缓等等相反药物着手,其目的是为了解决病情上和用药上的矛盾,如证有寒热错杂,
