用微动摩擦磨损试验机进行304不锈钢/Al_2O_3摩擦副在Na_2SO_4溶液中的微动腐蚀磨损实验。利用脉冲电位评价微动磨损产生的新生面与磨损表面的关系。结果表明,微动腐蚀磨损量随电位的增高而增大;新生面的面积约为磨痕面积的1/10;304不锈钢的微动腐蚀磨损是由电化学作用引起的腐蚀磨损。
Fretting corrosion wear test of 304 stainless steel / Al 2 O 3 friction pair in Na_2SO_4 solution with a fretting friction and wear testing machine. Evaluation of the Relationship between New Surface and Wear Surface Caused by Fretting Wear Using Pulsed Potential. The results show that the fretting corrosion wear increases with the increase of the potential. The area of the nascent ladle is about 1/10 of that of the wear scar. The fretting corrosion wear of 304 stainless steel is caused by electrochemical corrosion.
