本文首先阐明通识教育的概念、基本内容和通识教育理念下的外语教育研究;接着对教材、大学英语教材进行概念界定,并简要论述国内外教材评估的相关研究;然后将《大学英语课程教学要求》、通识教育理念和教材评估理论结合起来,从六个方面构建通识教育理念下的教材评估内容,并依据此内容对《全新版大学英语》(第2版)综合教程学生用书1-4册进行分析。通过对该套教材的社会与文化、科普与环保、政治与历史、文学与艺术、家庭婚姻与友情、教育与心理六个方面内容的统计与分析,发现教材的优点及不足之处。
This article first clarifies the concept of the general education, the basic content and the concept of general education under the guidance of foreign language education; then the textbooks, college English textbooks to define the concept and briefly discusses the domestic and international textbook assessment of the relevant research; then “College English Course Teaching requirements ”, the concept of general education and teaching material evaluation theory combine to build the evaluation content of teaching materials under the concept of general education from six aspects, and based on this content of the“ New College English ”(second edition) comprehensive tutorial student books 1-4 volumes for analysis. Through the statistics and analysis of the six aspects of the teaching materials such as society and culture, popular science and environmental protection, politics and history, literature and art, family marriage and friendship, education and psychology, we found the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching materials.
