采用放免分析法测定20例HIEβ-EP,血浆中为99.9±57.5ng/L,显著高于对照组(P<0.01),脑脊液中含量与对照组无显著差异,cAMP/cGMP血浆中与脑脊液中比值皆与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),且β-EP与cAMP/cGMP无相关性。
