摘要目的评价MRI包括DWI对胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(p NET)分级的意义。方法研究纳入2006—2014年所有切除的p NET,术前均行MRI检查,包括DWI。肿瘤分级以2010 WHO分级为标准。MRI特征包括肿瘤大小、T_1WI及T_2WI信号强度、强化方式、表观扩散系数(ADC)及真实扩散系数(D)。结果研究94例病人[女48例,51%,平均年龄(52±12)岁]的108个pNET[平均大小(40±33)mm]。55个(51%)肿瘤为G_1、42个(39%)为G_2、11个(10%)为G_3。肿瘤等级越高,平均ADC及D值明显降低[G_1、G_2、G_3的ADC
Abstract Objective To evaluate the significance of MRI and DWI in the classification of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (p NET). Methods Study All resected p NETs from 2006 to 2014 were included, and preoperative MRI examinations were performed, including DWI. Tumor classification by 2010 WHO classification as a standard. MRI features include tumor size, T 1 WI and T 2 WI signal intensities, intensification patterns, apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and true diffusion coefficient (D). Results A total of 108 pNETs [mean size (40 ± 33) mm] of 94 patients (48 women, 51%, mean age 52 ± 12 years) were studied. Fifty-five (51%) tumors had G_1, 42 (39%) had G_2, and 11 (10%) had G_3. The higher the tumor grade, the lower the mean ADC and the D value [ADC of G_1, G_2, G_3]
