外语教学法有多种,常见的有语法翻译法,直接法,听说法,功能法,认识法,折中法等等,各种方法都有其长处,也有其短处.目前尚未有一种方法被公认是完美无缺的.不同的教学方法只能在一定范围里为其教学目的服务.随着对教学法的研究特别是对ESP(English for Specific Purpose)的研究的深入开展,新的教学法还会不断出现.本文拟探讨对比分析法在英语教学中的应用.所谓对比分析法,就是把母语与要学的外语进行比较,从而找出学习中的难易点,对难点采取相应的训练措施,以达到牢固掌握的目的.
