对菜心进行了耐热性离体筛选的研究,结果表明,耐热性不同的菜心品种在离体培养中的热胁迫反应亦有所差异,35 ℃培养30 天的无菌苗存活率可以作为菜心耐热离体筛选的选择指标。通过热胁迫交替选择,初步筛选出3 个耐热无性系。同时还发现,通过热胁迫选出的无性系其茎尖繁殖系数也较原群体有所提高
