制备了离子液体-氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极,用电化学阻抗谱对修饰电极进行了表征,研究了苏丹红Ⅰ在该修饰电极上的电化学响应特性。结果表明:在pH7.0的B-R缓冲液中,苏丹红Ⅰ在0.66V出现了一个氧化峰,是受表面控制的不可逆电化学过程。在4.5×10-8~8.0×10-7mol·L-1浓度范围内,苏丹红Ⅰ的差分脉冲伏安响应电流与其浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.992,检出限为2.5×10-8mol·L-1。应用该修饰电极对番茄酱中的苏丹红Ⅰ进行检测,效果良好,样品回收率为96.4%~100.8%。
An ionic liquid-graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared. The modified electrode was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The electrochemical response of Sudan Ⅰ to the modified electrode was investigated. The results showed that Sudan Ⅰ exhibited an oxidation peak at 0.66V in pH 7.0 B-R buffer, which was an irreversible electrochemical process controlled by surface. In the concentration range of 4.5 × 10-8 ~ 8.0 × 10-7mol·L-1, the differential pulse voltammetric response of Sudan Ⅰ showed a good linear relationship with its concentration, the correlation coefficient R = 0.992, the detection limit of 2.5 × 10-8mol · L-1. The modified electrode was applied to the detection of Sudan Ⅰ in tomato sauce. The recovery was 96.4% ~ 100.8%.
