为了响应绿色环保,节约能耗,降低噪音,直流变频调速发展越来越普及,调速的性能也不断地提高。矢量控制理论经过几十年的发展,技术也比较成熟。为此东芝开发了基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的M370系列微处理器,该系列微处理器主要用于电机控制,内置了硬件矢量引擎VE,矢量控制算法由硬件实现。东芝TMPM374作为主控制器,和东芝IPD功率驱动模块及电流采样模块,构成了无位置传感器的无刷直流电机变频驱动控制方案。该方案利用微处理器内置的硬件矢量引擎VE,减少了软件工作量,软硬件巧妙的配合,输出三相正弦波来控制电机,使整个控制系统成本低,能耗低,噪音低,在家电变频控制领域得到了广泛应用。
