为了研究肉鸡腹水综合征(ascites syndrome,AS)肉鸡的肺组织、肺动脉血管壁结构重塑、肺主动脉张力的变化与规范瞬时受体电位离子通道(canonical transient receptor potential channel,TRPC)的mRNA表达情况之间的关系,采用静脉注射纤维素颗粒的方法诱发肉鸡腹水征。然后,采用HE染色和Weiger套Van-Giesen弹力纤维染色法观察肺组织结构变化,Wire-myograph系统测量KCl刺激后血管张力的变化,RT-PCR方法检测肺组织中TRPC mRNA的表达。结果显示:静脉注射纤维素颗粒诱导的腹水肉鸡肺组织间隙增宽,肺实质炎性细胞浸润及肺动脉血管壁结构重塑,且血管张力下降,但是TRPC mRNA在肺组织中的表达没有发生明显变化。研究结果表明,肉鸡腹水综合征所引起肺动脉血管壁结构重塑以及肺动脉张力的变化与TRPC mRNA的表达无关。
In order to study the lung tissue, the remodeling of the pulmonary artery wall structure, the tension of the pulmonary aorta and the mRNA expression of canonical transient receptor potential channel (TRPC) in broiler chickens with ascites syndrome (AS) The relationship between the situation, the use of intravenous injection of cellulose particles induced broiler signs. Then, the changes of lung tissue structure were observed by HE staining and Van-Giesen elastic fiber staining. The changes of vascular tension after KCl stimulation were measured by Wire-myograph system. The expression of TRPC mRNA in lung tissue was detected by RT-PCR. The results showed that the interstitial space of lung tissue, the infiltration of pulmonary parenchyma and remodeling of pulmonary artery wall of pulmonary tissue in broilers with ascites induced by intravenous injection of cellulose granules were decreased and the vascular tone decreased. However, the expression of TRPC mRNA in lung tissue did not change significantly . The results showed that the changes of pulmonary arterial wall remodeling and pulmonary artery tension caused by ascites syndrome in broiler chickens had no relation with the expression of TRPC mRNA.
