患者大,43岁,因剧烈腹痛伴腹部包块9~+小时于1989年4月15日入院治疗。半年来有反复腹痛史,为绞痛和胀痛,可缓解,此外无其他不适。人院检查:左上腹至右下腹可触及30×5×5cm包块,中等硬度,有压痛,其他部位无特殊发现。手术所见:腹腔有少量渗液,空肠套叠约30cm,套叠处的肠壁因肥厚水肿而增粗,行手法复位时,发现整个小肠散在有柔软的息肉样肿物,空肠较回肠密集,即切除空肠上段送检。
