市政工程企业是城市化建设最重要的产业之一,当前各市政工程企业,无论从经营规模还是从业人数均处于重要地位。由于市政工程企业从劳动密集型向管理密集型转轨,行业新技术、新材料、新工艺大量使用,市场经济新情况对企业管理提出新的挑战,为了满足对人力资源管理的更高要求,本文初步探析市政工程企业加强人力资源管理措施。
Municipal engineering enterprises are one of the most important industries in urbanization. At present, all municipal engineering enterprises are in an important position in terms of scale of operation and number of employees.
