It is an indisputable fact that editorial work is creative work. However, how the creativity of editors ’work manifests itself is different from that of the writers’ work and remains to be further explored and studied. The author believes that editorial work has both creativity and occultness. Creativity is the common ground between editorial work and work of authors. Occult is the difference between editorial work and work of authors.
