顶岗实习这种全新的人才培养模式,有利于强化学生实践动手能力,使学生实习与就业顺利过渡,无缝接轨,提高就业率和就业竞争力,无疑是可取的,值得推行。实行“2+1”人才培养模式几年来,取得了应有的教学效果,同时也面临诸多问题。这些问题的出现,既有政府、企业的,也有学校、学生和家长的自身问题。只有政府、学校、企业、学生、家长各方共同努力,形成多方的合力,顶岗实习才能得以顺利进行。
It is undoubtedly desirable and worthwhile to promote this new talent training model that is conducive to strengthening students ’practical ability, smooth transition of students’ internship, seamless integration of employment, improvement of employment rate and competitiveness of employment. In the past few years, the “2 + 1 ” personnel training mode has achieved its due teaching effect as well as facing many problems. The emergence of these problems, both government, business, but also schools, students and parents themselves problems. Only the government, schools, enterprises, students and parents work together to form a multi-faceted synergistic cooperation so that the internship can be smoothly carried out.
