电声器件分会有一个良好的传统,就是每年之初举办一次笔会,发表在当年年初的《电声通讯》上。这是一种不见面、不花钱、不占时间的,厂长、总经理及管理决策们的交流会。应该说,这是电声行业特有的一种文化现象,在行业内已经取得了很好的效果。本刊这期发表了电声分会第八次新年笔会,16位厂长和总经理及一位南京大学教授的文稿。这些文稿给我们带来了很多新的信息,新的理念,新的思路。每篇文稿都很精彩。编者认为,值得推荐给元协其他分会的同行们参阅。
The electro-acoustic device branch has a good tradition of holding a pen conference at the beginning of each year and publishing it in the “Electroacoustic Newsletter” at the beginning of the year. This is a meeting of the director, general manager, and management decision-makers who do not meet, spend money, and do not occupy time. It should be said that this is a cultural phenomenon unique to the electroacoustic industry and has achieved very good results in the industry. In this issue of the magazine, the 8th New Year Pen Conference of the Electroacoustic Chapter, 16 directors and general managers, and a professor from Nanjing University were presented. These contributions have brought us a lot of new information, new ideas, and new ideas. Every manuscript is wonderful.
