本文对5G7650(仿美国INTERSIL公司产品ICL7650)芯片在高温下的特性进行了深入研究,得到5G7650芯片在高温(<130℃)环境下工作时的漂移特性曲线,并在此基础上设计了一种在高温下使用的高增益,低漂移放大器。
