目的:探讨原发性IgA肾病中西医结合治疗特点。方法:对36例原发性IgA肾病采用中西医结合治疗。结果:中西医结合治疗有效率为83.3%,单纯西医治疗有效率66.6%。结论:中西医结合治疗原发性IgA肾病优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of primary IgA nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 36 cases of primary IgA nephropathy treated by Integrative Medicine. Results: The effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was 83.3% and that of western medicine alone was 66.6%. Conclusion: The treatment of primary IgA nephropathy by traditional Chinese and western medicine is superior to western medicine.
