[目的]明确6%寡糖·链蛋白WP对南方水稻黑条矮缩病的田间防效及其对水稻的促长增产作用。[方法]2014年在江华县(南方水稻黑条矮缩病重发区)及长沙县,采用田间小区试验并结合茎叶喷雾法,评价6%寡糖·链蛋白WP对南方水稻黑条矮缩病的防治效果;通过室内考种及田间实测稻谷产量,评价其对水稻的促长增产作用。[结果]在水稻秧苗3叶1心期、5~6叶期及分蘖盛末期,茎叶喷施1次6%寡糖·链蛋白WP 40.5~108.0 g a.i./hm2,对南方水稻黑条矮缩病的防效达95.87%~98.27%,且其实际产量较空白对照区增产2.07~3.11 t/hm2。[结论]6%寡糖·链蛋白WP能有效防控南方水稻黑条矮缩病危害,且促进水稻生长及显著提高稻谷产量。
[Objective] The research aimed to clarify the field control effect of 6% oligosaccharomycins WP on rice black-streaked dwarf diseases in the South China and its effect on promoting and prolonging the yield of rice. [Method] In the field of Jianghuaxian County (southern rice black-streaked dwarf disease reclamation area) and Changsha county in 2014, the field plot experiment and stem-leaf spray method were used to evaluate the effect of 6% Shrinking disease prevention and control effect; indoor test species and field measurement of rice production, evaluation of its role in promoting the growth of rice. [Result] The 6% oligosaccharides · chain protein WP 40.5-108.0 g ai / hm2 was sprayed on the stems and leaves of the rice seedlings at 3 leaf 1 and 1 leaf stage, 5 ~ 6 leaf stage and final tillering stage, The control effect of shrinking disease reached 95.87% ~ 98.27%, and the actual yield increased 2.07 ~ 3.11 t / hm2 compared with the blank control area. [Conclusion] 6% oligosaccharomycins WP could effectively prevent and control rice black-streaked dwarf disease in southern China, promote rice growth and significantly increase rice yield.
