学术期刊论文分级的思考

通过对科技期刊的国家分类标准和学术界分类标准的评析，提出了学术性期刊论文分级的十个原则，并将学术论文划分为五个级别，为建立我国科技工作评价体系提出了一条简便的形式。

By analyzing and commenting on the national taxonomy of sci-tech periodicals and the taxonomy of academic circles, ten principles of academic journals' essay classification are put forward, and the academic essay is divided into five levels to provide a simple and convenient form.
