并购后的财务整合是并购方对被并购方财务管理体系的调整,良好的财务整合有利于实现财务的协同效应,许多企业并购失败究其原因就是因为忽略了并购后的财务整合。本文通过探讨并购后财务的整合问题,并针对面临的问题提出相应的对策,以期为企业并购后有效的开展财务整合工作提供建设性的意见。
The financial integration after the merger is the adjustment of the financial management system of the acquired party by the M & A party. The good financial integration is conducive to achieving the financial synergy effect. The reason for the failure of many M & A enterprises is that the financial integration after the M & A has been neglected. This paper discusses the integration of financial affairs after the merger and acquisition, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems facing, in order to provide constructive suggestions for the effective financial integration after the merger.
