企业创先进,员工得实惠,是按照中国铁建十六局集团二公司在社会生产中求得企业快速、健康、可持续发展的经营理念。该理念明确地告诉人们,企业想要在社会上获得发展,就必须创新,必须争先,只有创新和争先,企业才能在日益激烈的市场竞争中获得一席之地,才能不断地为社会做贡献。而企业创先进目的,除了推动社会发展,同时也要让员工得到实惠。这里所说的实惠是多方面的,包含有经济上的实惠,政治上实惠,人生价值上的实惠。这是一个良性循环。
