介绍南化(集团)公司磷肥厂15kt/a磷酸装置运行30年来,湿法磷酸主要设备的用材和被腐蚀情况。认为:湿法磷酸的腐蚀性取决于磷矿中杂质量(主要是Cl-、F-的含量)K合金类奥氏体不锈钢可耐Cl-含量较高的磷酸腐蚀;石墨耐腐蚀性优良,但低强度和脆性易引起石墨管破裂,结垢清洗也较困难;应扩大非金属材料代替金属材料的使用范围。
Describe the use of 15kt / a phosphoric acid plant of Nanhua Chemical (Group) Company in the operation of its main equipment for 30 years and its corrosion.
