我厂的密封耐磨钢套,材料为W18Cr4V,淬硬HRC63~66,外形尺寸(毫米):φ180×φ160×220。此件属薄壁套,淬火变形大,原工艺规定淬火前留磨削余量内、外各2毫米,磨削工时定额80小时。由于余量太大,工时超额。为提高切削效率,我们采用YA6刀片作车刀,选用合适的几何参数、最佳的切削速度,使用必需的冷却润滑,成功地进行了以车代磨的革新。
