随着乳腺癌干细胞的发现,人们对于乳腺癌的发生、发展、转移等机制有了进一步的了解。Wnt/β-catenin、Notch、Hedgehog 3条信号通路对乳腺干细胞的自我更新与分化起着重要的作用,一旦信号通路发生异常,乳腺干细胞就会异常分化,无限增殖形成乳腺癌干细胞,进而形成乳腺癌。为了更好地了解Wnt/β-catenin、Notch、Hedgehog 3条信号通路在乳腺癌干细胞中的调控机制,以及信号通路关键分子的表达情况,现结合信号通路的研究进展予以简要综述。
With the discovery of breast cancer stem cells, people have a better understanding of the mechanism of the occurrence, development and metastasis of breast cancer. The Wnt / β-catenin, Notch and Hedgehog three signaling pathways play an important role in the self-renewal and differentiation of breast stem cells. Once the signaling pathway is abnormal, the mammary stem cells will differentiate and proliferate to form breast cancer stem cells, forming breast cancer. In order to better understand the regulation mechanism of Wnt / β-catenin, Notch and Hedgehog 3 signaling pathways in breast cancer stem cells, as well as the expression of key molecules in signal transduction pathways, the research progress of signal transduction pathways is briefly reviewed.
