(一九九○年四月十八日)各位代表、各位朋友、同志们:值此中国锅炉压力容器检验协会成立暨第一届会员代表会议召开之际,我代表劳动部锅炉压力容器安全监察局表示热烈的祝贺!在我国锅炉压力容器安全监察和检验工作逐步深入开展的时候,帼锅炉压力容器检验协会成立了,按照协会宗旨大力开展各项活动,这对提高检验人员的技术水平和检验质量将会进一步起着促进作用,在宣传贯彻国家的方针、政策,法规和标准的贯彻落实,将会得到加强,从而不断提高我国锅炉压力容器安全技术水平,促进我国的经济发展。我国的锅炉压力容器安全监察工作总的目的,是确保锅炉压力容器的安全运行,保障人民生
