目的研究二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的效果及对性激素、血糖水平的影响。方法 98例PCOS患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,研究组给予二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、性激素水平及血糖指标水平。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率(95.92%)明显高于对照组的(79.59%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后性激素水平较治疗前显著改善,且治疗后研究组性激素水平较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血糖指标水平较治疗前显著改善,且治疗后研究组血糖指标水平较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗PCOS的疗效确切,可改善患者性激素水平及血糖指标水平,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its effect on sex hormones and blood glucose levels. Methods A total of 98 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into study group and control group, 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone. The study group was treated with metformin and ethinyl estradiol cyproterone, and the clinical efficacy, sex hormone levels and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate (95.92%) in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (79.59%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of sex hormones in both groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the levels of sex hormones in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of blood sugar in both groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the levels of blood glucose in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions Metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone is effective in treating PCOS. It can improve the level of sex hormones and the level of blood glucose in patients and is worth popularizing in clinic.
