目的探讨ret、Galectin-3及nm23-H1蛋白在喉癌中的表达及其生物意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,分别对喉癌组织、喉癌旁组织及正常喉部黏膜组织各30例标本中nm23-H1、ret和Galectin-3的表达进行检测。结果①ret、Galectin-3及nm23-H1蛋白阳性表达主要定位于细胞质,ret、Galectin-3在三组中的表达阳性率呈依次降低趋势,在喉癌组织组中两者阳性率明显高于正常喉部黏膜组、喉癌旁组织组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而nm23-H1表达则与以上两者表达状况相反。②喉癌中nm23-H1与ret、Galectir-3表达呈负相关(P<0.05);ret与Galectin-3表达无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论喉癌组织中ret、Galectin-3阳性表达率升高或nm23-H1阳性表达率下降,提示喉肿瘤的浸润和转移能力增强,联合检测三种指标的表达将有助于喉癌的早期诊断和预后判断。
Objective To investigate the expression of ret, Galectin-3 and nm23-H1 protein in laryngeal carcinoma and its biological significance. Methods The expressions of nm23-H1, ret and Galectin-3 in 30 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma, adjacent laryngeal tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results ① The positive expression rates of ret, Galectin-3 and nm23-H1 were mainly located in the cytoplasm. The positive rates of ret, Galectin-3 in the three groups were successively decreased. The positive rates of ret, Galectin-3 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal Laryngeal mucosa and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), while the expression of nm23-H1 was opposite to the expression of the above two conditions. (2) There was a negative correlation between the expression of nm23-H1 and ret, Galectir-3 in laryngeal carcinoma (P <0.05), but no significant correlation between ret and Galectin-3 expression (P> 0.05). Conclusions The positive expression of ret, Galectin-3 or nm23-H1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is decreased, which indicates that the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal neoplasms are enhanced. The combined detection of three indexes will be helpful for the early diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma And prognosis.
