基于对比教学法,分析统计学专业英语在词汇、句法及语篇等方面有显著的特点,依据这些特点在统计学专业英语的翻译教学实践中采用对比教学方法。该教学法在实际教学过程中主要有3个步骤:其一,以专业词汇为基础,加强学生的阅读和翻译基本功训练;其二,以句法分析为重点,促进学生掌握基本的翻译技巧;其三,以篇章翻译为导向,在实践中强化学生的翻译能力及技巧。
Based on the comparative teaching method, the analysis of statistics has its distinctive features in terms of vocabulary, syntax and text. According to these characteristics, comparative teaching methods are used in the teaching of statistics in professional English translation. The teaching method in the actual teaching process has three main steps: First, based on professional vocabulary, to enhance students’ basic skills of reading and translation training; Second, to focus on the syntax analysis to promote students to master the basic skills of translation; the Third, to guide the translation of the chapter, in practice, to strengthen students’ translation skills and skills.
