一、优化师生关系,尊重学生的主体性在教学中,我们要善于用激励的话语来调动学生的积极性:“你棒极了!”“你有不同的意见吗?”“你的想法比老师的还好!”这些话看似平常,却是孩子们的阳光,是课堂的生命,能极大地激发孩子们的兴趣和主动参与的积极性,能最大限度地为学生的发展提供时间和空间。在这样的课堂上,孩子们会更活跃,更愉快。
