目的探讨无剖宫产指征孕妇选择剖宫产的原因。方法采用现场录音和笔录的方式,对12例无剖宫产指征且希望剖宫产分娩的正常孕妇进行深入访谈。结果得出4个主题:孕妇对自然分娩的恐惧,对剖宫产的过分信任,对选择权的渴望以及封建迷信思想的束缚。结论孕妇对减轻分娩痛苦的需求和对剖宫产的过分信任以及自我意识的提高是导致无指征剖宫产孕妇选择剖宫产的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the causes of cesarean section in pregnant women without indications of cesarean section. Methods By means of live recording and transcript recording, 12 pregnant women without indications of cesarean section and hoping to deliver cesarean delivery were interviewed in depth. The results come to four themes: pregnant women fear of natural childbirth, excessive trust in cesarean section, the desire for the right to choose and the fetters of feudal superstition. Conclusion The need of pregnant women to reduce the pain of childbirth and excessive trust in cesarean section and the improvement of self-awareness are the main reasons for cesarean section in pregnant women without indications of cesarean section.
