“老漂族”这一群体是继留守儿童、空巢老人、失独家庭之后形成的又一新的特殊群体。年迈的父母因担心在外工作的孩子生活无人照顾,或者为了照看第三代,他们远离了熟悉的生活环境和亲朋圈子,来到一个陌生的城市,蜗居在儿女家里,承担起“后勤部长”的重担,拉扯孙辈。这些为照顾后代而成为城市流动人口一员的人群,被称为“老漂族”。有关数据显示,2011年中国60岁以上的老年人口已达1.44亿,占总人口比重超过1/10。随着人口流动性的增大、城市化的发展,“漂族老人”在这一数据
