目的观察倍他乐克、依那普利、安体舒通联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)对心室重构的影响。方法心衰患者随机分为倍他乐克组,与倍他乐克、依那普利加安体舒通组。在治疗后三个月测定心功能与左室内径等指标。结果倍他乐克、依那普利、安体舒通联合组LVEDD、LVESD显著下降,LVEF增加显著,与倍他乐克组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克、依那普利、安体舒通联合组治疗老年性CHF较单独应用倍他乐克治疗能更好地改善心衰,预防左室重构。
Objective To investigate the effects of metoprolol, enalapril and spironolactone on ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Patients with heart failure were randomly divided into metoprolol group, metoprolol, enalapril plus spironolactone group. Three months after treatment, cardiac function and left ventricular internal diameter were measured. Results In the combination of betaalok, enalapril and spironolactone, LVEDD and LVESD were significantly decreased and LVEF was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Betaloc, enalapril and spironolactone combined with metoprolol combined with methotrexate alone can improve heart failure and prevent left ventricular remodeling.
