近年来,突发事件频繁出现,为了进一步减轻其带来的损害,我国已经开始逐步建立应急预案,但在应急预案编制的过程中却存在着很多问题,甚至限制了应急预案的真正作用,为此还应进一步完善预案编制工作,并建立科学可行的企业环境,这样应急预案才可以得到更好的落实,并可以从容面对各种突发环境事件。本文通过介绍企业突发环境应急预案存在的问题,指出了相应的解决措施。
In recent years, emergencies frequently appear, in order to further reduce the damage it has caused, our country has already begun to gradually establish the emergency plan, but there are many problems in the process of preparing the contingency plan, and even limit the real effect of the contingency plan. This should also further improve the preparation of plans, and establish a scientific and feasible business environment, so that contingency plans can be better implemented, and can easily face a variety of unexpected environmental events. In this paper, by introducing the problems existing in emergency plan of emergency business, the corresponding solutions are pointed out.
