目前,网络舆论已成为社会舆论的极为重要的组成部分。提升地方政府网络舆论引导能力,对于构建和谐社会、建设中国特色网络文化和维护国家安全具有重大的现实意义。近年来,山东省各级地方政府采取了一些措施,加强网络舆论引导,取得了一定的成效,但还存在诸多问题,亟需完善相关措施,切实提升各级地方政府网络舆论引导能力。
At present, the network of public opinion has become an extremely important part of public opinion. Improving local government’s ability to guide public opinion on the Internet has great practical significance for building a harmonious society, building a network culture with Chinese characteristics and safeguarding national security. In recent years, local governments at all levels in Shandong Province have taken some measures to strengthen the guidance of public opinion on the Internet and have achieved some success. However, there are still many problems that need to be solved. Relevant measures are urgently needed to improve the ability of guiding public opinion at all levels of local government networks.
