[目的 ]对福州市小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体 (MP)感染进行调查研究。 [方法 ]EL ISA方法测定急性呼吸道感染患儿血清中 MP特异性 Ig M及 Ig G,各年龄组检出情况用 SPSS10 .0软件包进行统计分析。 [结果 ]184例患儿中肺炎支原体 Ig M单项阳性者 30例 (16 .3% ) ,Ig M及 Ig G均阳性者 4 1例 (2 2 .3% ) ,共 71例 (38.6 % )提示近期 MP感染 ,Ig G单项阳性者 33例 (17.9% ) ,提示曾经有过 MP感染。好发年龄为 1岁以上小儿 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,夏秋季节多见。 [结论 ]MP是福州地区小儿呼吸道感染的重要病原之一。
[Objective] To investigate the investigation of respiratory tract infection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children in Fuzhou. [Method] ELISA method was used to determine the serum specific IgM and Ig G in children with acute respiratory tract infection. The detection of each age group was analyzed by SPSS10.0 software package. [Results] A total of 41 cases (23.3%) of the 184 cases were positive for IgM and IgM in 30 (16.3% Tip recent MP infection, IgG single positive in 33 cases (17.9%), suggesting that there had been MP infection. Good hair age for children over 1 year old (P <0. 05), more common in summer and autumn. [Conclusion] MP is one of the important pathogens of respiratory tract infection in children in Fuzhou.
