本文报道了退火处理对粉末烧结Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)体材料超导性能的影响。在525~750℃的退火温度(T_A)范围内,体材料的起始超导转变温度和零电阻温度随退火温度提高而提高。当T_A=750℃时,样品由单一Tc组元构成,而T_A<750℃,样品却由两个Tc组元构成。不同退火样品的Jc随T_A的变化呈抛物线规律。对于给定的T_A,退火时间的改变对Tc和Je影响甚微。根据一维Cu-O链和二维Cu-O网络的完整性与退火的关系,文章对研究结果进行了讨论。
The effect of annealing treatment on the superconductivity of Y1Ba2Cu_3O_ (7-δ) bulk materials was reported in this paper. In the range of 525 ~ 750 ℃ annealing temperature (T_A), the initial superconducting transition temperature and the zero resistance temperature of the bulk material increase with the increase of the annealing temperature. When T_A = 750 ℃, the sample consists of a single Tc component, while T_A <750 ℃, the sample consists of two Tc components. The Jc of different annealed samples showed a parabolic law with the change of T_A. For a given T_A, the change in annealing time has little effect on Tc and Je. According to the relationship between the integrity of one-dimensional Cu-O chains and two-dimensional Cu-O networks and annealing, the results of the research are discussed.
