建国以来中国法理学教材的编写和出版经历了一个坎坷的发展过程,教材建设取得了很大的成绩。1950年以后的60年,中国法理学教材的发展经历了移植苏联法理学教材阶段、寻求学科独立和体系重构阶段、法理学教材新改革阶段等三个阶段。这三个阶段体现了法理学教材的发展轨迹是一条从以政治为本到以学科独立和发展为本,再到以人才培养为本的道路。法理学教材进一步的发展趋势应当是立足于法学人才培养,建立起多元化的、适应各类人才需求的教材体系。
Since the founding of the PRC jurisprudence textbook compilation and publication has experienced a bumpy development process, textbook construction has made great achievements. In the 60 years since 1950, the development of jurisprudence textbooks in China has experienced three stages: the transplanting of teaching materials of Soviet jurisprudence, the seeking of independence of disciplines and the reconstruction of system, and the reform of jurisprudence textbooks. These three stages reflect the development path of jurisprudence textbooks from a political-based to discipline-based and development-oriented, and then to the talent-based training path. Further development trends of jurisprudence textbooks should be based on the cultivation of legal professionals, establish a diversified, adapt to the needs of various types of teaching materials system.
