叶宏明,福建莆田人,毕业于天津大学化工系硅酸盐专业。1958年大学毕业被分配到浙江省轻工业厅工作,第一个任务就是周恩来总理布置的恢复龙泉青瓷,让国宝复活。他在当时浙江省轻工业厅厅长翟翕武的指导和支持下,经过艰苦的工作,于1959年成功恢复龙泉粉青釉、梅子青釉弟窑,完成北京人民大会堂国庆10周年200件龙泉花瓶、100套青瓷茶具及餐具等用瓷任务。
Ye Hongming, Putian, Fujian Province, graduated from Tianjin University Department of Chemical silicate professional. 1958 graduation was assigned to work in Zhejiang Province Light Industry Department, the first task is to restore the restoration of Longquan celadon by Premier Zhou Enlai, so that national treasure revived.
