新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是指围产期新生儿因缺氧引起的脑部病变,病情重,病死率高,并可产生永久性神经系统发育障碍。笔者通过对70例HIE的CT表现的分析,以提高对本病CT影像学特征的认识。1材料和方法70例中男48例,女22例,足月儿42例.早产儿28例。主要围产期因素有不 Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) refers to perinatal neonatal hypoxia-induced brain lesions, severe illness, high mortality and can produce permanent neurodevelopmental disorders.
