[目的]观察棓丙脂对急性脑梗死患者血浆热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的影响及临床意义。[方法]287例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组:实验组,n=143,每日静脉滴注棓丙脂180mg,连续14d;对照组,n=144,除不用棓丙脂外,其他治疗同实验组。全部患者于治疗前、治疗后7d、14d检测血浆HSP70的水平变化,对所有患者进行神经功能缺损评分(用斯堪的那维亚卒中量表)和意识障碍评分(用Glasgow-Pittsburgh量表)。[结果]两组患者治疗前血浆HSP70的水平差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),治疗后d7、d14实验组血浆HSP70的水平明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01);两组治疗14d后神经功能缺损评分和意识障碍评分差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]棓丙脂可降低患者血浆HSP70的水平,其可能的机制是棓丙脂有改善梗死脑组织循环,减轻其缺血缺氧状态的作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect and the clinical significance of Hyponephrol on plasma heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. [Method] A total of 287 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group, n = 143, daily intravenous infusion of propyl gallate 180mg for 14 days; control group, n = 144, Treatment with the experimental group. All patients before treatment, 7d, 14d after treatment, plasma HSP70 levels were measured, all patients were neurological deficit score (with Scandinavia stroke scale) and disturbance of consciousness score (using Glasgow-Pittsburgh scale) . [Results] There was no significant difference in plasma HSP70 levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of HSP70 in the experimental group after d7 and d14 treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference in neurological deficit score and disturbance of consciousness score (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Hypophospholipid can reduce the level of plasma HSP70 in patients, and its possible mechanism is that Hypobaric can improve cerebral circulation and reduce the state of hypoxia and hypoxia.
