根据参与改制的资金的不同来源,对我国电力多经企业改制模式进行分类并介绍,提出“以股代薪+受权经营”的综合改制模式是较为优越的改制模式,应大力推广。
According to the different sources of funds involved in the restructuring, we classify and introduce the restructuring model of China’s power diversified enterprises and put forward a comprehensive reform model of “stock-based compensation + authorized operation”. This is a superior restructuring model and should be vigorously promoted.
