目的研究一口钟(蓝桉Eucalyptus globulus果实)中的化学成分。方法综合运用正相硅胶柱色谱、凝胶渗透柱色谱、半制备HPLC色谱等方法分离、纯化一口钟中的化学成分,采用NMR和质谱等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从一口钟中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为1,10-dioxotayloriane(1)、litseagermacrane(2)、蓝桉醇(3)、表蓝桉醇(4)、绿花白千层醇(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、白桦脂酸(7)、熊果酸(8)、11α-甲氧基熊果酸(9)、1-(2,6-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-2-methylbutan-1-one(10)、鞣花酸(11)、3-甲氧基鞣花酸-4′-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(12)。结论化合物1和2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物9和10为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of a bell (Eucalyptus globulus fruit). Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, gel permeation column chromatography, semi-preparative HPLC and so on. The chemical constituents of a bell were purified and identified by NMR spectroscopy and other spectroscopic methods. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from a single bell and identified as 1,10-dioxotayloriane (1), litseagermacrane (2), epicatechin (3), epicatechin (4) , Oleanolic acid (6), betulinic acid (7), ursolic acid (8), 11α-methoxy ursolic acid (9), 1- 5-dimethylphenyl) -2-methylbutan-1-one (10), ellagic acid (11), 3- . Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 9 and 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
